1:1 YOGA & MINDFULNESS

I offer two distinct yet complementary approaches to yoga, mindfulness, and embodied movement —

each thoughtfully designed to support different needs, bodies, and stages of life.

The first is Strong & Supple Yoga sessions — a dynamic and grounding practice suitable for both men and women, rooted in functional strength, mobility, flexibility, nervous system balance, and mindful movement.

The second is a more feminine and inward-facing approach through Somatic Yoga & Tantric Embodiment — practices rooted in somatic awareness, pelvic wisdom, nervous system regulation, release holding patterns of tension, and reconnecting with the body from within.

Sessions are available both as private one-to-one experiences and intimate small group offerings

(in person or via Zoom ), thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs and intentions of those attending.

Depending on your individual needs, intentions, and lived experience, sessions are intuitively tailored to support greater embodiment, resilience, emotional wellbeing, vitality, softness, and reconnection.

Suitable for both men and women, Strong & Supple Yoga offers an energising yet grounding approach to movement that supports both physical wellbeing and embodied awareness.

Rooted in intelligent yoga sequencing, mobility training, breath, and mindful movement, these sessions help reconnect you with your body while building functional strength, flexibility, stability, and ease of movement.

Somatic Yoga & Tantric Embodiment

Feminine Healing • Pelvic Wisdom • Embodied Reconnection

My teachings in Somatic Flexibility & Tantric Embodiment have been deeply shaped through my own healing journey — both physically (healing post-birth prolapse, pelvic misalignment, and a third-degree tear) and emotionally through releasing trauma, tension, and stored emotional patterns held within the neuromuscular memory of the body and pelvic tissue.

This work became a doorway into a deeper relationship with the feminine body — not simply as anatomy, but as a living landscape of sensation, emotion, intuition, wisdom, and embodied intelligence.

Somatic Flexibility is an invitation to explore flexibility as a multidimensional practice — and the body as both anatomy and energy, structure and soul.

Through somatic yoga, intelligent sequencing, fascia release, nervous system awareness, breathwork, and tantric embodiment practices, you are gently guided toward:

  • releasing stored tension and stagnation

  • unwinding deeply held emotional patterns

  • restoring softness, fluidity, and mobility

  • reconnecting with the wisdom of the pelvis and feminine body

  • expanding both range of motion and range of feeling

  • cultivating embodied safety, sensuality, presence, and empowerment
