Hello beautiful soul.

Welcome to Vistara Feminine Embodiment School.

Feminine Path of Reclamation and Awakening

Vistara means expansion—and this school was born from the most intimate journey of my life: the reclamation of my feminine essence.

From Suppression to Awakening

I grew up in post-Soviet Ukraine, where femininity was stifled, sensuality repressed, and survival was prized over self-expression. We were taught that our worth came only from how hard we worked and how little we needed. When the Soviet Union collapsed, we swung to another extreme—women reduced to objects, taught to be obedient, pleasing, oversexualised yet silent in their own needs.

Disillusioned by this toxic culture, I moved to the UK after earning a finance and economics degree. But I carried that conditioning with me. I spiraled into years of overwork, body disconnection, numbing pain through partying and burnout. Until my soul screamed loud enough to break through: Enough. The fierce feminine rose within me, demanding change.

The Path of Healing

I left London and moved to the mystical lands of Glastonbury. Soon after, I became a mother—an initiation that shook me to my core. I faced physical trauma, emotional collapse, and a deep loss of connection to my body, sensuality, and self-worth.

That unraveling marked the beginning of a decade-long transformation. Along the way, I moved through heartbreak, infidelity, the dissolution of a ten-year marriage, and the journey of becoming a single mother—while navigating immigration and the pain of witnessing war devastate my homeland, where my family still lives.

Reclaiming the Sacred Feminine

In the midst of it all, I turned inward. I studied the mysteries of the Divine Feminine, archetypal embodiment, tantric yoga, somatic healing, bodywork, and ancient technologies that reawaken the feminine within. I rediscovered self-love, power, and purpose.

During my studies, I came to a significant realization that all well-known yoga styles and practices are founded on male-based principles. Major approaches to self-inquiry and inner work — such as Somatic Experiencing, IFS, NLP, Family Constellation and transpersonal psychology — are also rooted in male teachings. Even popular Tantra traditions, whether neo-Tantra or classical Tantra, are predominantly shaped by masculine frameworks (original tantra originates from the Priestess lineage of Hathor and Isis).

While these practices are undeniably powerful and transformative, they are designed to align with the sacred masculine — its energetic structure and the way the masculine mind and body function. This is fundamentally different from the feminine experience of our own feminine energy and our essence. Women’s energetic centers are distinct (Root and Womb chakra), as are our biological rhythms and spiritual purpose. As women, trying to connect with our sacred feminine nature, our innate Shakti (Kundalini) energy, through the lens of masculine transcended teachings can feel incomplete or misaligned. This realisation led me to explore ancient feminine lineages, orders, and mystery schools. I studied with feminine teachers such as Ganga Devi, Kaia Ra, and Chloe Mercer, Priestess Transmissions, immersing myself in practices that taught me how to honour profound wisdom and power of my feminine body and activate the flow of life force energy—Shakti. True healing, liberation from conditioning, karmic ties, cellular trauma imprints, and self-imposed limitations, as well as the expansion into self-realisation and embodiment, require full integration of the BODY. Without the body, we cannot ground spiritual insights, divine codes, or new templates for living. Nor can we birth new ways of being. Transcendence without embodiment is merely spiritual bypassing.

My journey has been one of deep initiation, devotion, self-mastery and transformation.

I began guiding other women, holding space for their own reclamation, embodiment, and empowerment. I met my soul partner, blended our families, and together we began co-creating sacred spaces rooted in authenticity, love, and embodiment.

Vistara: A Space for Rebirth and Reclamation

Vistara Feminine Embodiment School is the sacred fruit of this journey. A sanctuary for women to remember, reclaim, and rise.

Here, we honor the body as sacred. We explore embodiment as a spiritual path. We reconnect to sensuality, creativity, voice, and intuitive power. This is a space of deep remembrance—of who you truly are beneath the layers of conditioning.

You are not too much. You are not broken. You are whole, wild, and sacred.

Welcome home.
