My name is Yuliya, and I am the founder of the Vistara Feminine Embodiment School. I am a keeper of ancient wisdom passed down through the Priestess lineages of Isis, Hathor, Green Tara, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Quan Yin, and the White Buffalo Woman. This sacred library of knowledge, hidden from humanity for eons, holds timeless teachings and practices. By blending these ancient rites with modern templates and codes, I guide women on a path of feminine awakening and embodied living.
Past decade of my life has been a profound journey - one marked by turbulence, challenges, healing and deep transformation. It began with my initiation into motherhood-a tough labor, a prolapse, misaligned pelvis and childbirth trauma. Follow by heartbreak, infidelity, and dissolution of a ten-year marriage, stepping into the world of single parenting. These experiences left me feeling like I was drowning in shame and hurt, disconnected from my feminine nature, my body, sensuality, sexuality, intimacy and sense of self-worth. This period of my life became a deep dive into self-enquiry, healing, remembrance and awakening. I embarked on the journey to reclaim my sacred feminine nature, rediscover self-love, self-worth and empowerment.

Movement part of my teachings is rooted in tantric yoga, bodywork, somatic exploration and flow movement—practices that awaken neural pathways to facilitate the flow of feminine energy. The focus is on cultivating deep presence in the body, attuning to sensations, and embracing the feelings that arise within while simultaneously activating life force energy—Kundalini. This helps us to explore the places where energy feels restricted, where we feel disconnected or dissociated from certain parts of the body. Through intentional movement and embodied awareness, we gently restore connection, inviting balance and allowing the vital life force energy to flow freely into these areas. These practices become a sacred reclamation of presence, of sensation and of our own innate wholeness.
Embodied Feminine Practices: Tantra, Somatics, Womb Wisdom & Priestess Transmissions
The power of sisterhood is truly profound.
When women come together with intention, something extraordinary happens. In today’s world, our connections are often limited to casual meet-ups in pubs and restaurants. While these are enjoyable, our hearts yearn for deeper intimacy - a connection that honours our feminine energy, intuition, creativity and sensuality. I feel deeply fortunate to have so many inspiring women in my life that taught me the beauty and power of gathering in nature, swim in wild waters, sing, share stories, build fires and altars in the woods, create crafts, drum, stomp our feet to the rhythmic beats, and sway our hips in wild joy. We sit together in ritual, witnessing one another as we explore our inner depth - spaces we might not have ventured alone - knowing we are held in a safe, welcoming space where we are accepted just as we are. When women come together, they guide each other back to their true essence, reconnecting with the sacred feminine.
We don’t just wake up one day and become a sovereign leader, awakened women who owns her power - we are initiated into it.
Through our heartbreaks, our losses, our descents into the underworld… Through our rising, through our reclamation. Through our willingness to turn pain into medicine and medicine into wisdom. In the feminine essence, initiation is the alchemical moment where a woman steps into her next level of sovereignty. It’s the sacred fire that refines her into her fullest expression. It cannot happen alone. We need community to move through the passages that break us and remake us into the women we were born to become.
